Rehearsals are TUESDAYS, 6:00 - 7:30 pm (except as noted).
Duty parents please arrive by 5:30 pm.
The Duty Parent's primary responsibility is to assist the directors in monitoring and guiding the children.
One parent should be at the outside door as children are entering and one should plan to stay at the church after rehearsal until all the children have been picked up.
Also, collect any envelopes, order forms, money, etc. and distribute notes, flyers, forms, etc, as children leave.
